Dominic Côté-Vaillancourt,
Chief Transformation Officer (CTO) & Head of M&A
Dominic Côté-Vaillancourt is Chief Transformation Officer and Head of M&A at ADB SAFEGATE, where he drives the global performance improvement agenda and M&A activities. He also orchestrates key strategic initiatives, including digital transformation efforts and the corporate sustainability agenda. He has previously held various other global leadership roles at ADB SAFEGATE, including Chief of Staff, Service and Aftermarket Business Line VP, and IT Business Applications VP.
Dominic brings over 17 years of international experience in business transformation, strategy, and leadership across diverse industries, including automotive, aerospace and defence, aviation, and consumer goods.
Before his tenure at ADB SAFEGATE, Dominic worked as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, successfully leading teams in over 12 countries on challenging transformation projects, achieving significant results in cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements. Dominic began his career at Toyota, working in both Europe and Japan, where he managed R&D development and research projects and oversaw supplier engineering teams.
Dominic holds a master's degree in mechanical engineering. He is fluent in English and French and speaks Japanese.
