The Pure Sine Wave CCR is specifically designed to supply airport lighting series circuits at various intensity levels. The high processing speed of the RELIANCE Power HF CCR contributes substantially to coping with present days circuits and their ever-changing demands.
By using state of the art high frequency modulated transistor technology, the power regulation is reduced significantly in size. The current is regulated in 5 kVA power modules. Multiple power modules can be combined in different housings to achieve power ratings up to 30 kVA.
The RELIANCE Power HF regulator is designed to be small in size and lightweight. The design allows the CCR to be stacked on industrial shelves, significantly reducing the substation footprint.
The required CCR power rating is attained by combining 5kVA power modules. Frames exist that house two, four or six power modules. Using this modular set-up, the RELIANCE Power HF CCR can be configured for future series circuit extensions. The 5 kVA power modules are individual serviceable and ergonomically designed.
The innovative CCR configuration and smart power distribution allows for very high efficiency under all load profiles. Precise error notification and cold swappable power modules significantly reduces the maintenance and troubleshooting periods, thus lowering the MTTR under 10 min.
