ADB SAFEGATE’s technical service support staff is available to assist you in resolving any product or application difficulties you may have. In many cases, we are able to resolve problems quickly over the phone without necessitating a product return.
Products of ADB SAFEGATE are guaranteed against mechanical, electrical and physical defects (excluding lamps) which may occur during proper and normal use for a period of one year from the date of installation or 2 years from date of shipment.
This warranty covers the replacement of any part which, under normal operating conditions, fails to operate as a result of a defect in material, design or workmanship. Should you have a problem simply contact ADB SAFEGATE’s technical service to arrange for repair or replacement of the part in a timely fashion to keep your airfield online and active.
ADB SAFEGATE Incident Number
All returns will be issued an ADB SAFEGATE technical service incident number. Customers will obtain an incident number by either:
