Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
ADB SAFEGATE offers various service packages designed to meet the needs of small-, medium- and large-scale airfields. These maintenance products include specific service measures, shown in the table below, that will be performed as part of a contract agreement for the Airfield Lighting Control System (ALCS), Advanced Power Supply (APS) systems, constant current regulators (CCR) and all other airfield ground lighting (AGL) products as applicable.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which can be established for single or multiple years, offer several levels of support based upon airfield needs and budgets. In addition to our standard SLAs, ADB SAFEGATE can work with you to design a customized service maintenance program (à la carte) to meet your airport’s specific needs, taking into consideration your equipment, maintenance staff resources, and budget.
