Service Level Agreements
ADB SAFEGATE’s Infinity offering includes standard and customized service packages designed to meet the needs of airport and airline operations, large or small, in support of Safedock Advanced Visual Docking Guidance and SafeConrol Apron Management Systems.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) can be established for single or multiple years and offer several levels of remote and/or on-site support based on the needs and budget of the airport or airline. Additionally, ADB SAFEGATE can work with you to design a customized service maintenance program (a la carte) to meet your specific needs, taking into consideration your equipment, maintenance resources and budget.
