AWOS Stacked Tower, Painted, 10 M
The Model 8509 stacked tower can be utilized with our FAA-certified AWOS. It consists of three 10 ft sections and a 5 ft section for mounting into a concrete foundation. It is constructed of heavy-duty, 14-gauge special-quality steel tubing in an 18-inch equilateral triangular pattern.
The cross-bracing uses a zig-zag design of continuous, solid steel rod arc-welded to side rails every 15 inches.
The tower is painted in international orange and white, with six stripes.
