With over 20 years of management experience, Aziz is a seasoned executive known for his strategic leadership, cross-functional team management, and commitment to operational excellence. Aziz has held multiple positions at ADB SAFEGATE, starting as a Regional Director – Projects, where he oversaw complex aviation projects across the Middle East and Africa. In 2020, he became Vice President and enhanced the company’s competitive market position. His role expanded further when he was appointed Executive Vice President, leading a team of approximately 200 professionals in various locations.

Throughout his career, Aziz has managed multimillion-euro projects, built strong client and partner connections, and encouraged cooperation among global teams. His expertise includes sales and business development, P&L management, project management, market expansion, client relationship management, and regulatory compliance.

Aziz holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and holds a Six Sigma and Lean Certificate.
