Dominic Côté-Vaillancourt is the Chief Financial Officer at ADB SAFEGATE, where he leads the company's financial strategy and drives global performance optimization. Prior to becoming CFO, he held several other global leadership roles at ADB SAFEGATE, including Chief Transformation Officer and Head of M&A, Chief of Staff, Service and Aftermarket Business Line VP, and IT Business Applications VP.
Dominic brings over 17 years of international experience in business transformation, strategy, and leadership across diverse industries, including automotive, aerospace and defence, aviation, and consumer goods.
Before his tenure at ADB SAFEGATE, Dominic worked as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, successfully leading teams in over 12 countries on challenging transformation projects, achieving significant results in cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements. Dominic began his career at Toyota, working in both Europe and Japan, where he managed R&D development and research projects and oversaw supplier engineering teams.
Dominic holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a certificate in Corporate Finance from INSEAD Business School. He is fluent in English and French and speaks Japanese.
