Joe is Special Advisor to the CEO, supporting the management team on specific strategic tasks. Joe is an airfield lighting industry veteran with decades of experience and he is a proven executive in sales, engineering and operations, making him an ideal leader to steer the organization and its people in a transformation journey. Joe has held multiple positions at ADB SAFEGATE, starting as an Electrical Engineer and quickly moving to Project Engineering Manager where he was responsible for project management of control systems for the North American market. In 1999, he became the Director of Sales and Marketing, which included responsibility for airfield lighting sales in North America and international U.S. military as well as business development, marketing and technical services. Joe’s role expanded in 2010 when he added responsibility for Latin America, and in 2013 when he became CEO Americas. He has an Electrical Engineering Degree from DeVry Institute of Technology and an MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
