Laurent Dubois heads ADB SAFEGATE, a world leader in integrated airport solutions. With close to 30 years in the healthcare, consulting and energy sectors, Laurent has leadership experience and possesses a deep understanding of business transformation.
Laurent was previously the CEO of GE Healthcare Partners and a member of GE Healthcare’s global Executive Committee. GE Healthcare Partners is GE’s Business Unit driving the development and commercialization of advanced digital analytics solutions. Laurent was responsible for growing GE Healthcare into a leading consultancy, solution and services business. Prior to that, he held several prime positions, including as a Partner at McKinsey & Company.
Laurent holds a Master’s in Economics and a Business Economics Degree from the Vrije Universiteit Brussels.
Jean-François is Chief Financial Officer at ADB SAFEGATE. With 25 years of global experience in finance, spanning multiple geographies - USA, Brazil, Hong Kong and Italy, and diverse industries.
Most recently, Jean-François was the Group CFO at Chassis Brakes International, a leading automotive supplier owned by a US Private Equity fund headquartered in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
Jean-François has previously held senior positions in finance, and has proven experience in cost management and budget control, mergers and acquisitions, managing complex projects and restructuring.
Jean-François graduated from l’Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris and ENA (École Nationale d’Administration). He is fluent in French, English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian.
Henrik is Chief Customer Officer at ADB SAFEGATE where he is responsible for both strategy and operations within the function. Managing one of the biggest teams in the company he ensures the sales force across continents is geared up to deliver an integrated portfolio of products and solutions to customers.
With two decades of relevant experience, Henrik brings with him a sound understanding and wealth of knowledge in sales and marketing. After an early stint with FRA (Swedish National Defence Radio Establishment) and Precise Biometrics, he went on to join the Safegate Group where he has spent a significant part of his career.
Henrik has helped build and lead key projects for the company in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Oceania region. He became a member of the Safegate Group Executive Committee where he was tasked to play the role of Post Merger Integrator (PMI) during the acquisition of Liberty Airport Systems in Toronto, Canada. During the merger of ADB and Safegate, he once again acted as PMI helping to re-design, integrate and align the 900 employee strong organisation. In his last role as Regional Director Sales, Henrik was responsible for leading the sales force in the Middle East and India region.
Henrik holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from The Institute of Technology at Linköping University, Sweden.

Joe is CEO Americas at ADB SAFEGATE. An airfield lighting industry veteran with decades of experience, Joe is a proven executive in both engineering and sales functions. Previously, he has held multiple positions at ADB, starting as an electrical engineer and quickly moving to Project Engineering Manager where he was responsible for project management of control systems for the North American market. In 1999, he became the Director of Sales and Marketing, which included responsibility for airfield lighting sales in North America and international U.S. military as well as business development, marketing and technical services. Joe’s role expanded in 2010 when he became Director of Sales and Marketing for all of the Americas.
He has an Electrical Engineering Degree from DeVry Institute of Technology and an MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
Peter is Chief Operating Officer at ADB SAFEGATE. With three decades of strong international experience in the engineering sector, Peter is a well-rounded leader who combines deep operations knowledge with General Management skills.
Prior to joining ADB SAFEGATE, Peter was the Divisional Managing Director Rotork Fluid Systems, in the UK. He began his career with ABB in 1989 and over the years, has held a number of leadership positions with IMI Norgren, LMS International, ABB and M-Products across diverse locations including Switzerland, Denmark, UK and Belgium.
Peter brings a unique perspective on business. His “entrepreneurial-manager” style, willingness to make courageous decisions, an and genuine interest in people, make him an ideal leader to steer the organization and its people in a transformation journey.
Peter has a Master’s in Industrial Engineering, Electricity, Industrial High School, Belgium.
Peter is CIO at ADB SAFEGATE, and is responsible for driving the company’s information technology strategy and approach. Peter leads IT initiatives that support ADB SAFEGATE as it evolves into a global integrator of solutions, with a stronger focus on advanced analytics and airport IT.
With a strong track record of more than 20 years as an business leader and CIO, Peter has proven experience in global and large-scale roles in the IT and healthcare industry.
While working as pharm CIO for Johnson & Johnson in the EMEA region, Peter was responsible for establishing business-aligned IT strategies, leading technology integrations for a number of acquisitions and driving the technology agenda for various transformational business programs. Peter started his career at EDS (now DXC Technology).
Peter holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Economics and Information Management from KU Leuven.
Interim Global VP of Human Resources
Laura joined ADB SAFEGATE Airport Systems in 2016 as head of HR and now assumes responsibility for all HR activity across the firm. She works with local HR partners across the organization to enable business change and people initiatives.
Laura has experience in the professional services sector, telco, and aviation. During her time at Grant Thornton she was Strategic Change Lead focusing on organizational change management, and she has been a board member for over 10 years. Laura has extensive HR business partnering experience, and specializes in talent management and cultural change. She is an experienced facilitator and has led several large-scale leadership development programs. She has also led unionized trade negotiations on M&A activities.
Laura holds a Master's of HR from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and she is a qualified coach and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) practitioner.
