Laurent Dubois
CEO

Laurent joined ADB SAFEGATE early 2020, and has over 30 years of leadership and transformation experience gained in healthcare, technology, consulting and energy. Before joining ADB SAFEGATE, Laurent held leadership positions at GE Healthcare, McKinsey & Company, and Texaco. Laurent holds a Master in Economics and a Business Economics.

Joe Pokoj
Global COO/ EVP Airfield/ CEO Americas

Joe is Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of the Airfield business line for ADB SAFEGATE’s global organization and CEO Americas. An airfield lighting industry veteran with decades of experience, Joe is a proven executive in sales, engineering and operations, making him an ideal leader to steer the organization and its people in a transformation journey.

Joe has held multiple positions at ADB SAFEGATE, starting as an Electrical Engineer and quickly moving to Project Engineering Manager where he was responsible for project management of control systems for the North American market. In 1999, he became the Director of Sales and Marketing, which included responsibility for airfield lighting sales in North America and international U.S. military as well as business development, marketing and technical services. Joe’s role expanded in 2010 when he added responsibility for Latin America, and in 2013 when he became CEO Americas.

He has an Electrical Engineering Degree from DeVry Institute of Technology and an MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.

Erik van Ockenburg
CFO

Erik is Chief Financial Officer at ADB SAFEGATE. He brings 30 years of global experience in business and corporate finance, spanning multiple industries including aerospace, logistics, banking and consulting.

Most recently, Erik was Group CFO at Sonaca Group, an international aerospace company based in Belgium, where he was instrumental to the growth and transformation journey of Sonaca. Before Sonaca, Erik held leadership positions in consulting as a partner in the Brussels office of McKinsey & Company. He has proven experience in strategy development and execution, transformation and restructuring projects, cost management and budget control, and mergers and acquisitions.

Erik graduated in Business Econometrics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. He is fluent in English and Dutch and speaks German and French.
